Black and white photography is stunning in itself, but add a splash of color and Wham… people are paying attention. Of course not every photograph has potential for this wonderful feature, at least in my opinion. Colorizing can be done a few ways. Some of the Canon cameras have this feature built in but I think it looks best post processing in Photoshop. Ahh… Photoshop. One of Adobe’s best creations for designers, photographers, and anyone who just loves to have fun with images. There are even Photoshop actions that will mimic the colorization effect to a certain extent that gets the job done in one click (called “colorization action” in this blog).
