Megan and John got married December 17, 2011 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church and the reception was held at Knights of Columbus in Muncie, IN. I’m pretty bias to them considering Megan is my sister-in-law (and now John is my brother-in-law) so needless to say I know them pretty well! I feel very honored that they chose myself to photograph their wedding and I was able to capture it every step of the way.
Megan and John had a winter engagement session with myself last year and now a winter wedding. Since they love the winter season we did some photos outside and it happened to be snowing! The bridal party had ice blue dresses with white muffs that they carried instead of flowers which I loved! Megan had a white fur cape that she wore down the isle with her bouquet of white roses – it was beautiful.
The reception was pretty fun if I do say so myself. In the middle of the father-daughter dance, Megan and Walter broke out into a choreographed dance to “I’m Sexy and I Know it” by LMFAO!! Talk about fun! Also, Troy Hanna from T-Bone Disc Jockey had this wonderful idea to bring hula hoops with him for guest to use; it was a big hit!
Some of the things I love most about Megan and John is they both have caring hearts and there is never a dull moment. I almost forgot to mention that they are pregnant with their first child, who will make her grand arrival in April 2012. I wish you guys the best and love you! Looking forward to photographing their winter maternity session this weekend 🙂

Love this and love you! This def brought tears to my eyes reading it… Weddings go by so fast and some times hearing about your day all over again and reviewing the pictures just makes it that much remember-able. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! You did amazing at laying out a schedule, keeping us on track, and most of all a support system too! I can’t wait to see you guys this weekend and as my family develops continuing to have to take beautiful pictures by catching our memories! ❤
