Hanna + Sean Vintage Wedding | Our Lady of the Lakes Parish Monticello, IN | Outdoor reception

Oh how I love a vintage wedding out in the country! Gorgeous decorations, dreamy scenery and a beautiful couple to top it all off.  Hanna wore an elegant vintage looking wedding dress with a bird cage veil (one of my favs). Another thing I loved about this wedding was the bridesmaid dresses were all different hues including peach, coral and gray. Sean and his groomsmen all wore different color of ties within the coral/peach pallet. Hanna and Sean wanted to do first look photos before the ceremony which I am so thankful for because I capture so many beautiful photos of the two of them. You can tell these two adore each other and know how to work the camera!

The full Catholic mass wedding ceremony took place at the Our Lady of Lakes Parish in Monticello, IN while the reception took place at the mother of the bride’s home.  The reception was the perfect venue for a vintage wedding in my opinion; lots of antique barns, pasture, pond with a fountain, and everything was landscaped! Everything was topped off with gorgeous decorations that complimented this country vintage wedding. While photographing their wedding, I ran into one of my couples from last year that I photographed their wedding in Monticello; it’s always nice to see Kady and Travis again! Hanna and Sean also had a band playing on the deck by the pond called Gypsy Revival for their reception. Overall this is one of my favorite weddings I have photographed so far. All of the details that were put into this wedding really made for some beautiful photos that I hope Hanna and Sean will look back on and treasure forever.
